Profile

Fifteen years of engineering, ten of them on the equipment

Fifteen years of software engineering, ten of them consulting on SAP EWM/MFS. ABAP development, EWM customising, and enough PLC understanding to talk to the equipment supplier about his own signals without anyone translating in between.

Around fifteen warehouse automation projects, roughly ten of them including the go-live. Telegram interfaces designed, systems commissioned, error patterns worked off. Preferably early in the project, because every change gets more expensive later.

In an automated warehouse project the parties rarely sit at one table. Business and operations on one side, internal IT, the equipment supplier and his PLC vendor on the other. I sit between them and make sure everyone ends up talking about the same telegram.
